We had worked with an agent on land purchases back in the early 90's and then decided in 2012 to sell one of those properties. Since we knew no other agent in Sandpoint, my husband found Nicole on the internet and left her a message. Nicole returned our call and we decided that she would be the agent that would handle the sale. This turned out to be a success, both for Nicole as well as us, as this has given us monthly income as we took the note on the property. In 2013/2014, we decided to put another piece of property on the market and Nicole was again our go-to-gal. Nicole was successful in selling the property and procuring us a cash buyer. This was perfect timing as we had a project which needed a large influx of cash.

Nicole again was the agent we called upon when my brother passed away in December 2014 and left his 20 acres to me as his only heir. I needed a knowledgeable and competent real estate agent so there was no question about it - Nicole was our gal. Nicole knew that this property was part of a probate and needed to be sold so she was very persistent in trying to find a buyer at the best price closest to what we had advertised it for. Even though we had two terminations, that did not stop her determination to find me a buyer. It was not even more than a few days after the second termination that a third offer came in. It was an all cash deal which was perfect for the probate and was a piece of property very close to the clients and which they were excited to purchase. All came out good in the end and that the third time is the charm, especially when you have Nicole on the job and on your side.
